I had the best care from the moment I entered the surgery to the moment I left. Everyone was attentive and I was given detailed information aftercare instructions and products to help with healing. The office is always friendly and efficient with very little wait time to see Dr. Kassardjian even though she is very busy with a thriving practice! I always feel welcomed and at ease when greeted by her assistant, Amy. Dr. Kassardjian listens carefully to any concerns I might have and addresses them. She is always very thorough in her examine as she was this time. I always leave with the feeling that she cares & takes good care of me.

Dr. Elena Novak is kind and compassionate. She is a very positive person and she always makes me feel comfortable when I visit the office. I am waiting biopsy results for two moles; both of which she asked Dr. Klein to observe in addition to her observation. I am praying they are benign and I can go on my merry way. Either way, I feel I am in good hands with Dr. Novak and additional staff. ~:0)

Was a great experience! Was checked from head to toes. Treated a few areas of concern and doctor personally called me with results. I have already referred several people to her that have been looking for a dermatologist.

I am 4 days post op and my stitches and sutures look flat and healthfully healing well. Good post op instructions. We talked through my concerns and Dr Norma answered my questions using layperson language. The staff and, in particular Amy, were a big help with making sure I had everything I needed to care for the surgery wound. Would recommend their services.

Dr. Kassardjian is the best! She’s so sweet and kind and always seems fully focused on your situation. She is conservative in her treatments, but will tell you her professional opinion. She’s just the best. I won’t go to any other dermatologist. I’m in the sun a lot as a surfer and go to her twice yearly for skin check. She’s extremely thorough and doesn’t rush through. Recommended 100%
